Ever since I can remember I've always had a pet, usually more than one. As an adolescent I would bring home any stray I could find, from dogs and cats to even a baby owl I cared for until I could get it to rescuers to be rehabilitated. I've always had a deep love and admiration of animals of all kinds. Learning to train dogs on my as a young child I fell in love with their loyalty and unconditional acceptance of human nature. I spent most of my high school riding horses in my spare time. I was luck enough to live by a sweet older couple who owned horses they could no longer ride, so they let me ride them when ever I wanted. Ride them I did, but I also cared for them by feeding and brushing and washing them. I am good with people but I do feel I'm better with animals. I'm currently a paraprofessional, which is just a fancy term for teacher's aid. I work Mon- Fri from 7am-3pm. The school is currently in process of building so most time I do work from home, but schedule changes when students are testing. I may can look in during the weekdays depending on my schedule, but I'm free evenings and weekends, and all holidays. I have a boxer named Louis who is like one of my children. Other than when I go to work or shopping for the house, he thinks he is suppose to go where I go. He loves to go to the Kiroli Dod Park, which he usually gets to go two to three times a week. Also I have a hamster names Tiny and a cat named Lynx. They tend to do their own thing, roaming and napping as they please.
