Had an overnight stay from 9:30am to 6:30 the next day. Wasn't made it clear to me that I had to pay extra for this duration. Before booking I comminuted the drop off and pick up time. Brittany's response was that's fine. I just have to reflect that in the booking. I was booking for the $30 boarding. Would've appreciated the heads up regarding any extra fees and what is required of me, but she accepted my boarding request with none of those. As I had no issues with other sitters with these times before, I thought no more of this. Then I had to spend 50% of my weekend getaway doing back and forth with her about this miscommunication. Rover told me I wasn't obligated to pay more but since she indicated she wouldn't watch my dog for free I had to rush back home from another state to pick up my dog and also get Rover to compensate her for it. Bailey looks like he's been well taken care of, but the trip has been a nightmare for me. For that I give this stay a 3. My previous sitters only charged me the boarding fee for this duration. Perhaps this needs to be specified before booking.

Brittany was great! She was available last minute when we were in a pinch. She took great care of our 16 week old puppy. June was incredibly nervous but Brittany made her feel at home. She contacted me daily and sent me a video of June bouncing around and playing just like her usual self.
