Absolutely horrible experience. I specifically told Brittany in my request that my dog could not be left alone, could not be put in a kennel, and that I needed to drop her off by 5pm so I could make it to work. I even offered to pay more since I was asking Brittany to stay home on a Friday night, she said it wasn't a problem they never go out. I just needed a sitter for 12 hours for my shift at the hospital. When I showed up at 5pm, no one was home. When I called her, she stated they wouldn't be home for a few hours and I could go in the back door ans place my dog in a kennel. I obviously refused and asked her to cancel my stay as all the things I told her my dog couldn't do she was asking me to do. Then she still charged me. It was horribly stressful and I ended up being late to work while trying to find a friend last minute to care for my dog.

Brittany was very flexible, and made a last-minute trip out of town a lot less stressful. Would definitely recommend her!
