Hello, Nice to virtually meet you! My name is Brittany and I've been pet sitting with Rover for almost 10 years! I work full-time remote in tech and just recently relocated to NM after living in Seattle for 7 years and 3 years in France prior-- but a native to the Southwest (Phoenix, Arizona). When I'm not traveling, I am a home body who enjoys going on long walks, cooking, and having a healthy daily routine. That said, I have a very flexible work and personal schedule to tend to your loving poochies. History as a Dog Lover: Before moving to France, I had the pleasure of rescuing and raising my best friend Bella; a mixed breed Shepherd. From the age of 5 weeks to 2 years old, I was an avid caretaker and pup mama, who religiously cared for her as if she were my very own. While it was an adventure, I was truly able to understand the significance of why dog's are man's best friend. However, because of new lifestyle changes and moving abroad, I had to re-home my beloved dog. In addition to being raised with dogs in my home, I have past experience with volunteering at the Farmington Regional Animal Shelter in New Mexico, and other local animal shelters in Phoenix, AZ.

Brittany was an outstanding pet sitter for our dog and cat, we feel so lucky to have found her! She provided overnight pet sitting services, was flexible with some scheduling issues we had and sent us tons of pics! She also gave our young pup that extra attention pups need and walks and dealt with our cat’s quirky nature. Brittany was super easy to communicate with, prompt, and I appreciated her professionalism. I would not hesitate at all recommending her!
First time we’ve had a dog sitter for our puppy and Brittany assured us to not worry. And she was right…no need to worry! She had it all handled ! She’s an excellent dog sitter!

I would like to know if a dog has certain preferences, or a routine. Being separated from their owner is never easy, so I try to keep the process as normal and low stress as possible. (Trust me, I have also been in your shoes with having to find the right pet resort & pet-sitter while being on travel). Does your dog love to play fetch? Or is he/she more of a cuddler/ couch potato? I wanna know so I can make their stay more enjoyable! I also want to hear about what training you’re working on with your pup at the moment. I try to be consistent but implementing while you’re away. I understand the need for learning and truly believe it is an important role in their daily lives. I also require that you provide your written information on your current vet, a reliable way to contact you, and an emergency secondary contact in case I can’t reach you.

Time I'll Spend with Your Dog: I plan on spending the majority of the day with your dog. Extra House-Sitting Services: Yes, I am flexible with bringing in the mail and taking out the weekly trash bins. No issues there.
