I would like to know the breed,age favorite snacks and food. Things that the dog likes and dislikes. Emergency contact,feeding instructions, vet records, are the potty trained and if they're a barker or not. I would also like to know if your dog is a "chewer" I understand some dogs just can't help it so if you dog has a habit of chewing on personal items please let me know ahead of time. Plus I do require a flea/tick collar or some proof of treatment because I want to keep my home safe and your dog itch free!

Plenty of walks! Plenty games of fetch and hide and go seek! And dance parties! A few moments of down time because I do work from home. Also lots of love, snuggles and cuddles!
