I live in a two story house. Downstairs has a large room that houses a kitchen, dining and living room as well as a 1/2 bath. Upstairs, I have three master bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. I mention this because your pet will be free to roam the house in all of those areas (minus my two roommates rooms who keep their doors shut). I have a gated yard with a small fence around the grass area. There is no way for a dog to get out beyond the gated yard & because our house is behind another house, you cannot see our house from the street. I feel very safe here. So will your pet! Your pet will only be in my care and watched by me if you choose to have them boarded at my house. I have two cats, one is two years old and the other one is 4 years old. Both cats are friendly with new animals or they mind their own business. The younger cat gets his claws cut regularly and wears nail caps at all times (because sometimes he forgets he has claws when he plays), the older cat does not use his claws when playing. I also have one dog, he is a 9 year old pug who will keep your pet company. He loves people and all animals. He won’t play fetch much anymore but he loves to cuddle and go one walks. All of these animals are indoor animals. If I need to drive your dog/cat for any reason (dog park, groomer, etc) I have a large SUV where I've had as many as 4 large dogs comfortably fit in the back, all seats fold down and I have a dog hammock for the back seat so they feel more secure. I have two cat carriers too. I am aware that everyone has specific things they expect from pet sitters, therefore in my home I will try my hardest to accommodate all your needs and in your home I will promise to follow your instructions flawlessly. If you want a pet sitter who can problem solve / critically think then that is me! If you want a pet sitter who will send you updates / pictures / videos of your pet, I can also do that! Whatever you need, I can follow directions & adapt to whatever makes you the most comfortable while you are away.
