Pet care experience
Hello my name is Brittany! I was raised with dogs all my life from Rottweilers to shih tzus and everything in between. I currently have a husky and a German Shepherd malamute mix as well as a cat. I find great passion in caring for animals and making sure they are loved. I have had experience working at a pet supply store where I helped owners pick out toys, treats and food for their pets. Making sure animals are safe and happy is my number 1 concern. Size and temper of the dog doesn’t matter to me! I have experience handling everything from nervous anxious dogs to reactive and aggressive dogs. I also love working with cats and giving them the playtime and attention they need!

I am quite comfortable with all leash styles. This includes harnesses, gentle leaders, slip leads and harness leads. I am also comfortable with a muzzle if your pet requires it. I am familiar with crate training as I’ve used it in my own home.

I would like to know any food or environmental allergies. I would also like to know if any health conditions such as heart murmur, seizures etc. I do have a cat with special needs so I am comfortable around those things.
A typical day
If willing I can take your dog to wiggley field on Whiting field, for a large open running area. I am a big fan of walks as well as just regular play time at the house. If you would like specific things done during the day I will stick to that schedule.
