Unfortunately Brittany did not fulfill the responsibilities she was hired to do. I appreciate her being available last minute during the holidays, but she was late to let our dogs out the first time with no communication about that. The second time she fell asleep and had not gone to let our dogs out for the night! I received no response when I checked in, had to contact Rover support and then message her again to which she responded and arrived at our home at around 3am. Long story short I was in LA and decided to fly back on Christmas to be with my dogs. Brittany was apologetic and refunded me payment but the lack of reliability and responsibility caused me a lot of anxiety. I hope moving forward she learns from this and only takes on jobs she has the capacity and time to do, no doubt she would be an amazing sitter.

Brittany is always an hour and a half late. Every time. No exceptions. We agreed she would stay overnight at my house for three nights. She did not. The first night she had to get get her roommate at 11:45 pm and come right back. Then she fell asleep at her house charging her phone and then she was an hour and a half late getting back to my house (where she was supposed to be sleeping) to let Gunner out. She didn't bother to make up excuses the other nights she just left. Then showed up around 9 to let Gunner out at 7:30 am. I should have known when she was an hour and a half late for our meet and greet. On the plus side, she brought Gunner a tennis ball to play with and took really good care of my plants.
