Disappointed is an understatement. If I wasn't supposed to be on a flight the next morning I would have left as soon I saw the home, there were no pictures of the house on her profile, almost drove past house couldn't believe someone lived there. She complained about my dogs from the first update I received from her, which was hours after I asked and didn't receive a picture for 48hrs. The picture I did receive they looked miserable, I ended up ending the boarding early I had my sister go pick up my dogs from this house I couldn't let them stay any longer. Everything I brought with them has been thrown away, covered in pee, food bowls had feeces on them. Switched dogs food without consulting with me. Overall just a nightmare and I'm ashamed I let them stay at all. Never again.

I needed a last minute sitter for Kona and Brittany really came through. She sent many pictures and offered regular updates. I know that Kona was well cared for by Brittany and her family. I highly recommend her and will book again in the future if we are in the area.
