I have owned and cared for pets since I initially began at age 10. I have cared for all breeds of both dogs and cats. I have experience working in numerous boarding facilities in the past and most recently managed a prominent boarding facility in Maryland. Having spent extensive time in the animal care industry, I am certified in multiple fields including medication administration/disability handling, animal temperament, disease and sanitation practices, first aid, CPR, and breed specific/geriatric care. I have also trained dogs (my own as well as others) and am willing to work with your animals if that is something you want to integrate into our time together. I have two dogs of my own (both velvet couch hippos), Rocko and Ravioli, who I absolutely adore and couldn't live without so I understand the need for someone special to care for your fur family. Rocko is Service Animal Certified (him and I went through the training together) and Ravioli is a Therapy Dog. Both have amazing temperment and I have used them to train other dogs in the past. Nothing would make me happier than the chance to get to know you and your babies! I am open to whatever routine you have created for your family and pets! I am very fluent in the various necessities that different animals require so please--don't dumb anything down while you're away. I want them to feel as comfortable with me as they would any other time!
