Pet care experience
I am an artist that lives and works in Saugerties, NY. When I am not in the studio, I am working on website projects or out hiking. I live alone with my small dog, Georgia, so your pup will receive lot of care and attention. I've always loved animals. I grew up with two cats, then a rambunctious chocolate lab named, Lu, and a few guinea pigs. I have cared for many dogs over the years, and am comfortable with dogs up to 40 lbs. I am a vigilant caretaker, I am very active, and always make sure my home is free of anything that is dangerous to pets. I love photography, so I will always be willing to send "pup"dates to owners so they can rest assured their pet is feeling comfortable and happy.

Brittany is an experienced pet lover and caretaker, caring for her family pets since childhood, as well as her own dog for the past 5+ years. She absolutely adores dogs of all breeds, and makes a great dog mom- we often joke that she's a helicopter dog mom. I have put my own dog in Brittany's care before and she does not disappoint! It puts my mind at ease knowing my pet is safe and cared for while I am away.

A typical day
I love to walk on all sorts of trails in the surrounding area. Some of my favorites include: Falling Waters Preserve, Thorn Preserve, Comeau Property, Overlook Mtn and the newly opened Ashokan Rail Trail! My dog gets at least 2 walks a day, ranging from 2 - 4 miles per day (longer if we hike). When we aren't out exploring, your pup will be watching me work in the studio, or we'll be cuddling up watching tv or reading.
