Hi, I'm Britt! I love dogs, so much that taking care of them for almost 20 years now. Currently, I'm a dog walker as well as a drop in care giver for both dogs and kitties. I've been with the majority of my current charges for at least 3 years and have been with a number of pups from puppyhood into their senior years. I work with pets old and young, big and small. I have experience with assisting in puppy training, giving oral meds, and especially love working with the asocial guys -- the shy pets, the timid, the skiddish, the nervous and scared ones-- the guys who need a love and a lot patience.

I think it’s the little things, like knowing where the pup is at all times, and making sure they are fully leased (and or/harnessed) before and after coming in. With pet sitting I think it’s important to keep things clean and neat and also out of reach, especially when dealing with things like medications.

Just give me a heads up about any things that will help us have the safest walk we can. I’ve walked a lot of pups with socialization and anxiety issues and have a soft spot for them so if your pup needs evasive maneuvers when it comes to running into other people and/or pets, just let me know!
A typical day
I love exploring new neighborhoods so my pups and ended up going down every street, which gives them the chance to find all the best sniff spots. If there are toys available and it’s okay we definitely have pre or post walk play time too!

I'm also an after school teacher so I’m available available weekdays 7 AM to 11 AM and evenings 6:30-10 PM and all day Saturday and Sunday.
