Ready to love your fur-babies
Pet care experience
We're Britt & Jon, two downtown Minneapolis dog lovers and dog parents to our own fur babies. Talulah (Shiba Inu 2-years old) and Tucker (3-year old Dachshund mix) love to welcome new furry friends into our home for a night or extended stay. We live in the ever-growing neighborhood of the North Loop and right next to the North Loop Dog Park. We frequently pack load of of treats and tons of water and spend our days out at the dog park. Our pups go out twice every morning, get a quick walk & potty at lunch, and then are loved up every evening with at least 1 good walk and plenty of time at the dog park and spent outside. Meet my pets: We have two small dogs Talulah & Tucker who love to play with new friends!

Britt is clearly a dog person. She gets them. They get her. Daisy, our standard poodle, wanted to adopt her. She sent us photo text messages of Daisy's activities and fed her according to our specific instructions. We'd hire Britt again.
Britt took care of our 7 month old puppy overnight and did an amazing job. She was very caring and loving. She took our puppy to the dog park near her home several times while dog sitting. Our puppy showed that she was at ease with Britt and the environment. I would highly recommend Britt for your dog sitting needs!
Britt is a wonderful caregiver! Britt was the foster mom of a dog I adopted last year. I visited Britt at her home- she provided a wonderful home for the dog along with her own dog. She is a true dog person who takes such good care of her pups.

I'd like to learn more about your dog and how they interact with other pups. My boyfriend and I have two dogs that are very friendly and playful. How does your dog play with others? Do they share toys well? Has your dog been to and enjoyed a dog park? None of these are deal breakers but would help ensure the happiest stay!
A typical day
We treat our pets as part of our family. They snuggle with us on the couch and in bed so of course your fur-children would be welcome to do the same. Our dogs are kenneled when we leave the house and we request that you provide a kennel for your pet as being in a new surrounding can be stressful and dogs can often act out. This is especially important for the first day of the stay. We are happy to test out other options but have to protect our apartment too. Kenneling your dog with keep them safe and out of trouble while we are at work. If you do not have a kennel please advise and we can work out another option.
