Happy Dog Boardings 🐾

Pet care experience

Hello fur parents! Welcome to Happy Dog Boardings 🐾 My name is Britnie; I am punctual, trustworthy and reliable. You will have no concerns while you are away as your dog(s) will be in very good hands. I'm a stay at home dog mom, so I'll have plenty of time to play physically and mentally, walk and anything else you would like for me to with your fur baby all day! I am a photophile. There will be lots of pictures and videos taken through out the day and will be sent to you. Be prepared to be bombarded with lots of photos and videos. I’ll post your dog(s) periodically on our social media pages too, so follow along at Tiktok:@happydogboardings Facebook:HappyDogBoardings Instagram:happydogboardings I have taken care of all size dogs in all ages and stages ranging from puppies, adults and seniors in the past. I am willing to learn how to take care of your fur baby. Friends and families have always trusted and relied on me to watch their fur babies while they're away. I have four small fur babies in my home that will help accompany your fur baby during their stay with us. I do light grooming on my dogs such as baths, trim nails, brush fur daily, light trim hair cuts and teeth brushings for my fur babies and other fur babies I've cared for if needed as a courtesy. ********************PLEASE NOTE****************** *To ensure your pup has the best experience, please be transparent with me. It’ll help me as we begin and continue to build our relationship with your fur baby. *We want our clients to have confidence that our guests are able to enjoy a happy, successful, and healthy experience each time they visit our home. * PROOF OF VACCINATIONS are required and all pets must be current on their vaccinations to be booked. These must be given by a licensed veterinarian. Send veterinary vaccination certificate via email to happydogboardings@gmail(dot)com --------A minimum of these three vaccines------ • Rabies (4 months of age and older) • DHPP combo (includes Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, and Parainfluenza) --may also include leptospirosis ("DHLPP"); puppies should have at least 2 boosters 2-4 weeks apart (last "puppy" booster after 16 to 20 weeks of age) • Bordetella (Kennel Cough)--although not a routine vaccination, this is required in any kennel situation >> double check your vaccine certificate or ask your veterinarian if your dog's vaccine is current!             [And **Strongly advised** (although not yet required) >> ask your veterinarian about: Canine Influenza Vaccine (CIV) - a relatively new but highly contagious respiratory virus.]                   *We may host multiple dogs at a time. It is important that your DOG(S) IS FRIENDLY and MUST be able to get along with other dogs in a social setting. *We currently DO NOT have the capacity to accommodate your dog at this time if: -They have severe separation anxiety -They excessively bark, mark and/or whine -They are/or can become destructive and/or aggressive -They would potentially hurt themselves if they were kenneled and/or gated off -They are escape artists (high instinct to escape); this includes but is not limited to jumping/scaling fences, digging under fences to escape and/or are door knob/handle/lock enthusiasts -They will dig in the yard and chew on things (such as shoes, doors and etc) that can potentially hurt themselves -They will counter surf and dig through trash cans to eat/chew on that aren't appropriate to eat –Females that are or potentially start heat cycle (Unaltered females will be mandatory checked for swelling before owner leaves) ***OWNERS FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL BE OBLIGATED TO COMPENSATE FOR THE DESTRUCTION OF SITTER PROPERTY*** *Photo and Video Release: by booking with us and/or asking to receive photos from your pets' stay with us, you (the pet owner) agree to allow us to use your pet and their image or likeness in any form, for use at any time, in any media, marketing, advertising, illustration, trade or promotional materials without compensation, and release all rights that you may possess or claim to such image, likeness, recording etc. *There will be an extra charge of $2 per day (Taste of the Wild Pacific Stream) per dog if food is forgotten/ran out during their stay. I advise to bring more than needed incase of delays for extended stay due to flight delays, flight cancelation, emergency and etc. *Last minute booking is consist of the day before the booking date and the day of the booking date will be charged $20 surcharge fee. Any booking dates not confirmed until the day before the booking date and of the booking date will be included in the $20 surcharge fee. NO MEET AND GREETS for last minute bookings. *NO WALKS and DROP-IN'S will be serviced during harsh weather conditions. During summer extreme heat I'll only let your pup out to potty quickly then back into the house to play during the remainder of the time. *WALK's & DOGGY DAYCARE service cancelation needs to be notified by 9pm the night before. We left our Tracker boy with Britnie for his first ever sleepover away from us. Britnie and her husband took such great care of him. They treated him like their own. Tracker was well loved, they provided lots of exercise, and play time with Britnie's doggies. I especially loved how Britnie updated us on how Tracker was doing and even sent pictures of our boy! It was so nice knowing he was so well taken care of. I highly recommend Britnie, she is a wonderful dog mommy!

Safety, trust & environment

Providing a safe and stress-free environment for everyone in my care is my priority. Respect and positive reinforcement is always a must in my home. I will treat your fur baby like they're mines and make them feel welcomed in my home. Your fur baby will be wearing a name tag during their stay here. I have a spacious fenced back yard for your fur baby to run around in and four little dogs to keep your fur baby company. There are always supervision when your fur baby goes out to potty and during night time I put on light up collars to see where your fur baby is at in the dark. *We are surrounded by natures' finest in this neighborhood. Critters who make daily/weekly appearances on/near our property include; squirrels, chipmunks, deer's, skunks, cats, gophers, rabbits, etc... If your pup has a HIGH prey drive, please tell us. I have a crate and a kennel available in it's own room if your dog(s) is more comfortable to sleep in them. It’s possible you may have to bring your dog(s) own crate/kennel in a case where there are multiple bookings the same day/stay. For safety purposes feedings are done separately unless dog(s) are from the same family that are only fed together. I do have repeated weekly services outside of home. I will take all of the fur babies to potty before leaving and I usually let my fur babies roam around the living and dining area until I get home, but while your pup with staying with us before I leave I will crate my fur babies and yours when your fur baby is staying with me for safety purposes and for my own conscience and peace of mind. There are lots of toys to play with, lots of treats to be given, unlimited clean filtered water and the water bowls gets washed and refilled as much as needed through out the day and night and there will be food available at any given time if not on a scheduled and food bowls will be washed after each meal. Our neighborhood are people and pet friendly. We neighbors look out for one another and we know each other well. In your home, your belongings and families will be treated with respected and I will only do what is instructed of me for the service booked. I'll only give your pets what you instructed and provided for me to give them. I'll make sure your pets are in their safe environment or where you instructed me you would like for them to be before I leave. We're excited and can't wait to meet you! Please connect with us if you have any questions!

In our home for our guest(s) during their stay there will be a name tag put on your pup collar, lots of head pets, butt rubs/scratches, ear scratches, belly rubs, praises and cuddle time. Plenty of treats will be given through out the day unless restricted. There will be a ton of play time inside the house and outside in the yard to play fetch, tug-of-war, tricks for treats, puzzles and mind games, run around the yard and the dogs will be playing with each other (if weather permits). Feeding will be done accordingly to the dog(s) normal feeding schedule. There's a park nearby to go walk and run around at, your pup will be wearing a light up collar during night time for better visual, there is a ten minute drive dog park to meet new friends and play there and a 30+ walks in the neighborhood (if weather permits). The services I offer: - boarding - day care - walks - drop-in I am available to provide pet care services on most Sunday–Saturday. Message me for dates needed for service as my calendar isn't always accurate. I do have repeated weekly services outside of home. Rover doesn't offer constant care or "stay in 24/7" option and discussion would be necessary if needed. Pick-ups/drop-offs and Drop-In's are between 9AM-9PM any pickup's later than 9pm will result in next day pick up. I will accommodate as much of my schedule around your fur baby so they can have the best of their times during the stay and have plenty of time to be comfortable around me and my fur babies. My husband does work from home will still be able to help me care for your dog(s) as much as he can when I need to step outside of my home. My husband is reliable and trustworthy. I trust him in my absents since he loves pets as much as I do and more, he will genuinely cares for your dog(s) like they're ours and he'll follow instructions and schedules as much as he can while I'm away.
