Pet care experience
Two energetic, goofy and loving vizslas searching for four legged play friends! Must love running, chasing birds and squirrels, eating homemade treats, basking in the sun, and snuggling ;) Around here, our dogs have just as much of our hearts as our human toddler. I work from home and spend the day playing with our pups on our large lot, and we would love to love on yours as well! Come stay and play at our doggy paradise! Campers will enjoy wooded land to explore, a doggie pool to spash around, and a king size bed to snooze! My vizslas, Sherman and Clementine, enjoy other doggy friends and playing like crazy, but they also are happy to snuggle up on the couch under a blanket. I have owned dogs my entire life and vizslas are definitely high maintenance and rather emotional, so we are prepared for almost anything! Only the best for pups at our house, and we will treat your dog no differently!

Britney is lovely! Tucker is a high energy pup and her dogs and her amazing backyard keep him entertained, he comes home nice and sleepy :) She is great at keeping me updated, and I LOVE to see tucker playing with her daughter - it’s the cutest!
Britney and her husband are a LOVELY, sweet couple. They have a WONDERFUL set up in their BIG backyard fully fenced and equipped with a puppy pool!! Britney's personal dogs are very sweet, full of life, and they interacted wonderfully with my two dogs. Britney sent me updates/pictures daily, and my dogs had a whole bedroom with a king bed to themselves to sleep in! Britney was very accommodating with drop off and pick up times. I HIGHLY recommend Britney for any and all puppy sitting/daycare needs. I'm honestly so glad I found someone I trust enough to take care of my fur babies :)

For longer stays, I’d prefer to meet before we book. I require that your pup have experience with young kids. Our daughter is very good with dogs and does not pull, hit or climb on them but she can be loud and a bit rambunctious- which can be overwhelming for some dogs. If you do not know about our pup’s breed, vizslas are very high energy and this sometimes can be unwelcome by some dogs- it is important that your camper feels comfortable! I will not accept aggressive dogs, no matter the breed. Crate trained/familiar is also preferred but not a necessity, as long as they do not chew furniture or anything else found in our guest room. I never leave the dogs more than 2 hours.
A typical day
We have an acre of wooded fenced land that is full of squirrels and birds and plenty of room to run and play. Our vizslas love to chase and wrestle, they are very high energy. We have a doggy door so campers have access in and out of the house all day. Clementine loves to chase balls and Sherman enjoys lounging in the sunroom after a nice dip in our doggy pool!
