Pet care experience
Dogs have been a constant part of my life for the last 13 years. I work with at least 50 different dogs a month and have owned 3 fur babies personally, all rescue dogs. Before finding Rover I would pet sit for friends, family, and neighbors. I’ve worked with a dog rescue over the past two years that includes cleaning up after dogs, bathing, feeding, training, walking, and exercising. Dogs truly are a passion of mine and nothing makes me more happy than to see a wagging tail. I treat the rescue dogs as if they were my own and I’ll do the same for your pup, dogs live to be loved and I’ll make sure they feel loved and happy the whole time they are with me.

Britney is the best! She has been taking care of my puppy Mia for a few weeks now and has been so great with her. I don't trust many people with my pup, but she takes great care of my rambunctious little girl. Mia loves Britney and has a great time when she comes over to watch her for the day (I know this because Mia is so tired when I get home after a long day and she is very difficult to wear out). Mia got sick at one point and Britney took my direction well with her new schedule and medications, and she knows SO much about dogs that she already knew what to do. If you want to leave your dog with someone who is mature, responsible, and knowledgeable then Britney is the only option!

I don’t have any breed preferences I actually have a large soft spot for mixed breeds. Some things I would like to know before sitting a dog would be what they like and what they don’t like, if they’re dog friendly or not dog friendly, how they are on a leash, and if there’s any tricks or behaviors you’d like me to practice with them.
A typical day
There’s a ton of parks here in downey I can take your dog to and I have a bunch of new dog toys to play with. We can go for walks or runs and play fetch. There will be tons of belly rubs and your dog will be ready for a nap after staying with me.
