Pet care experience
Hi there! I have been caring for pets for ~10 years, starting with my family’s first dog, then later for my housemates' dog and cat, and now for my own little fuzz ball of a cat. I have also house-sat three elderly, sweet puppers, assisting them with standing up, taking meds, eating meals, etc. I helped care for three newborn kittens and their momma, then find them homes when they were ready. Pets are such a special part of our lives, and I enjoy getting to know them, with all their different quarks and personalities. I love all pets as precious creatures, and look forward to giving you a hand with yours - whether you need a little extra help because life gets busy and sometimes our furry friends need more attention than we can keep up with, or you’re heading out on a trip and need short term care. Leaving your dog for any reason can be stressful for you and your dog. Thankfully I had Brit to care for my 3 dogs while on vacation. She was very loving and attentive to their needs. I don't even think they missed me!!! She sent pictures to assure me all was well. She is completely trustworthy. She actually stayed at my home for over a week. My dogs loved her. Unfortunately I now only have 1 dog left as the other 2 died of old age. There could be new pups in the future and Brit will certainly be on my call list!! No need to look further! She is the best!
Brit is fabulous with pets, she is such an animal lover! She's gentle, reliable, and is especially great with dogs and cats. She pays attention to how they respond, their dietary needs, grooming, helping them stay active, and caring for them when they are ill. I highly recommend her to help with your pets!
Brittney is a huge animal lover, but not only that, she understands animals and their nature. She is excellent with my 3 dogs and 1 cat. I most definitely trust her to take excellent care of them.

I'm happy to take your pet anywhere within walking distance of your place! I'm also available for drop-ins to check on your pet, let them outside, give treats, feed them, etc., making sure they get all the attention they need!

A typical day
Any info on your pet’s favorite activities would be greatly appreciated and put to good use - frisbee, fetch, tug-of-war, a quick brushing, or simply some good old-fashioned petting. Also if they just like to chill, I’m also happy to just hang with them :)

I currently work full time, but I have flexibility with exact hours, so I can make most times work with your schedule! I have some meetings, but I’m happy to work around those to make sure your pet gets the care they need!
