I recently moved to Louisville from London, England and sadly had to leave my family dogs behind. Looking to spend some time with any and all pups to fill that dog shaped hole in my heart and help some fellow dog lovers out in the process. My grandmother is a kennel club certified trainer, breeder and show judge and brought me up raising puppies and walking, training and showing various breeds of spaniels. I have had 22 years of experience dog sitting and walking all types of breeds; from great Newfoundland’s to Maltese. I am an avid runner and outdoorswoman, and am willing to run, walk, hike or even just sit and pet or snuggle your dog if that’s all they need. I am willing to work with both untrained and special needs dogs and puppies and I’m not afraid of cleaning up messes should they occur. My grandmother has taught me many ways to resolve any conflicts that dogs might get into, so I’m always able to jump into action. I prefer not to double book clients meaning that your dog or dogs will get my full attention for every walk, check in or overnight stay. Like your dog you too will have my full attention - I am all about open (and often over) communication with my clients and so leading up to and during dog sits you will always be able to contact me and request photos, videos and even FaceTimes of your dog. I really just love spending time with dogs and I know being a dog sitter for rover will bring me the joy that I feel has been missing after I moved away.
