I owned a collie growing up, and then her daughter (a mix) once she had puppies, so I learned how to groom and care for dogs from an early age. I have regularly taken care of furry loved ones for friends wherever I've lived and even fostered a dog and cat for a former teacher while he was away on sabbatical for a year. I have a flexible schedule and love to play, run, chill, and walk with dogs. I'm a strong runner and would love to take your pet out to get their daily exercise with me. My husband and I love to go on long walks, runs, and hikes, and having a dog along for the event makes it that much better!! I am consistent with structure and rules for those dogs that are used to having great structure in their routines, and am great at getting them to calm down with me when needed. And if your dog does better just hanging out at home, no problem! My husband and I wish we could get a dog right now, but since that isn't currently an option, I'd love to care for your pet instead and live vicariously! I can handle dogs of any size.
