Between my husband Stephen and myself, your dog(s) will get plenty of attention. He and I both grew up with a dog in the house and Stephen has had a couple of jobs working with dogs in the past at a vet's office and two dog hotels. Our only child is 45 lb. Murphy, and he's great with others at play and at snuggling. Stephen works from home; he's practically Murph's butler, so you can be assured your dog won't have to wait too long between being let outside. We also love to take Murphy to nearby Bear Creek, so we're more than happy to take your dog to the dog park weather permitting, and if they pay reasonable attention off leash. If you're used to getting a lot of photo updates, know that Stephen's a photographer and Murph is an absolute cartoon which means we're already taking lots of dog pics, so you won't miss out on the cute and funny stuff while you're gone. We're able to comfortably host two other dogs besides Murphy in our home for our posted rate. If you need to drop off more than 2, dependent on their size and energy levels, we can perhaps work something out. Don't hesitate to ask. Also, we just love to see things coming on the horizon, because (probably much like yourself), we are prone to impromptu adventures and road trips. In light of this, if presented with short notice or last minute requests, we'd love to be able to say yes when possible, and charging a few extra bucks a day in some cases could definitely make the difference for us in terms of our availability.
