Pet care experience
I am compassionate, caring animal-lover who has owned dogs my whole life. During the peak of our pet ownership, we had 3 cats and 2 dogs! I have my own Boston Terrier-Pug mix currently and I love her to bits! I have extensive experience dog and cat sitting with over 10 years of over night sitting, day-time visits, and walking experience. I have trained my dog and my family's past two dogs in basic behaviour and agility courses. I also have experience with grooming from washing and bathing, to paw-fur trimming, teeth-brushing, and fur-brushing. My priority is to provide your pet(s) with love and care while keeping them happy and safe! I will always check with you first regarding your dog's needs and preferences. My schedule is extremely flexible; I am available at all times during the day and evening. I would love to take care of your pet(s) while you are away!

I love all dogs and animals! Before sitting, I will propose a meet and greet with your pet (if you'd like to have one) and I will ask the following: - How is your pet when left alone? - How often does your pet need to go to the bathroom? - How does your pet communicate they need to go to the bathroom? - Do you allow your pet on furniture (e.g. couches, beds etc.)? - Does your pet have any specific needs (e.g. diet, medication, behaviours etc.)? Please note: - For doggy daycare and boarding, if the hours for pick-up/drop-off fall outside of 7am-7pm, I will ask for a small additional fee for the extended hours. - If your pet has specific needs, I will ask for an additional care fee. The price will be proposed and discussed based on the nature of your pet's needs.
A typical day
WALKS I live a 15 minute walk from the subway station and 10 minute walk from a dog park. This means that a beautiful expansive off-leash and on-leash green space is very close to me! HOME & BUILDING AMENITIES I live on the second floor of an apartment building that has stairs but no elevator. I have supplies to bathe and groom dogs. If you want, I am more than happy to bathe and groom your dog during their stay as well! NOTES FOR DOGGY DAYCARE/BOARDING I have a Boston Terrier-Pug mix.
