Pet care experience
I was a veterinary assistant. I had done it for fourteen years. I’m now a stay home mom. I love animals. Over the years I have acquired a lot of pets from the clinic I worked at. I have acquired a cat named Tripp who had a fixable birth defect and was released to us by the owners who just couldn't deal with him, a pit bull named Tank who was abandoned half dead by his owners, and a Boston Terrier/Pit mix puppy named Lord Francis Wigglebottum, in which I purchased from a client because he was supposed to be a purebred Boston and I had lost my first Boston baby who lived to be just over 15 years old. My husband and I also have a third dog, named Buttercup, that he had rescued from a creek when she was a little puppy. We love our dogs very much. They have free roam of the house and the yard. We just recently fenced the backyard. So they come and go as they please now. However if we were to board someone else's pups I would definitely leash walk the guests because I would never risk another persons dog. I don't trust too many people with my animals when I'm away so I understand the importance of being very careful with someone else's fur children. You never know right away how your dog is going to be when you are away. One thing I know is I would feel good knowing my animals felt right at home while I was gone. We are hoping to have the yard fenced in by summer which would give our animals even more freedom to go outside at their leisure. They do very much enjoy sunbathing. I want to start small and grow. At first I want to start with weekend watching and if it goes well I would like to do more. I am also ok with going to people's houses and letting their pups out in their own space. I can also offer nail trims, baths, and anal gland expression. I can even check in on cats as well. This is a venture I am excited about and I hope my critters will enjoy new friends as well!

I highly recommend Bridget as a pet sitter! This was a last minute arrangement and Bridget was very accommodating to visit my house to receive the house key plus see where the pet food and litter box was located My two cats received the care and attention they needed, and my house was very well kept! My one cat got sick on the carpet and Bridget let me know and cleaned up the mess for me. She was prompt, reliable, trustworthy and updated me when I was out of town when necessary which is always comforting. Bridget and her pet sitting business are a wonderful asset to the local community. I will definitely be using her pet sitting services again in the future. Definitely a five-star service!
Bridget was amazing! The (usually skittish) cats loved her. She gave them their medicine, fed and cleaned up after them and, the house was immaculate when we returned from our travels.
Bridget was Awesome! She was very accommodating and nice and sweet and our dog had a smile and we too! Thanks Bridget! You really saved us!
Bridget really made our little dog feel safe and welcome and we appreciate everything she did for us. She also let us pick her up late which was especially helpful!
