DISCLAIMER: I CANNOT host dogs that are AGGRESSIVE towards other DOGS or CHILDREN I love dogs! I grew up caring for dogs and being around pets since a very early age. Will be happy to host your furry friends when you’re away for business or traveling overnight. I am available during the week, on weekends, and on holidays. Short notice is okay! I prefer to host only 1 or 2 dogs at a time, or 1 dog family. As a dog person myself, I know how important it is for your fur baby to find a home that fits their particular temperament and needs, to enjoy a stress free and safe environment, and to have fun. At my house, your pups will be well taken care of and loved. The guests who visit my place feel comfortable and at ease right from the start. You will find that the environment in my home is very relaxing. Quiet. Peaceful and pleasant, with no noisy neighbors or other stressors. I treat your dogs as part of my own family. I provide undivided attention to your pups and meet their needs. If your dog likes to run around and explore, they will do that. If your dog feels more secure in their crate, I will accommodate that. If your dog needs to be constantly close to their human parent, they will enjoy that. Please let me know about your dog’s needs and your own preferences. I have a fenced backyard, with plenty of room for your pets to run around and to explore freely. There is a nice park across the street where we can enjoy nice walks. My neighborhood has sidewalks and lots of fun places to explore. If you need a reliable, responsible, and professional person to take care of your furry friends please schedule a meet and greet, so that we can see if we are a good fit. Look forward to meeting you! ❤️❤️❤️🐕🐶🐩❤️❤️❤️ VACCINATIONS: You must provide proof of vaccination records at the time of our meet and greet or before booking. EMERGENCY CONTACT: Please provide an emergency contact who can READILY pickup your dog on short notice. This is in case of an emergency or an unexpected reaction/behavior from your dog that was not present during our initial meet and greet. I have had a few experiences with dogs who change once their owner is no longer present. They have turned aggressive towards my dog or me, have destroyed furniture, or bitten me or my dog after the initial meet and greet. In a situation like this I need someone who can get your dog within a reasonable amount of time, so it doesn't further escalate. I would hate to put myself in danger if your dog is no longer a good fit. Please think about backup care and a reliable contact person. Also, in the case of a medical emergency please designate a plan of action and provide your veterinarian’s contact information. FOR PICKUP/DROP OFF SERVICES: I am willing to negotiate the rate depending on how far away you are located. I will adjust accordingly. Please contact for more details. FOR DOG BOARDING SERVICES: Each night consists of a 24 hour period. For example on a one night stay: drop off at 10am on a Saturday and pickup at 10am on a Sunday. I have a pickup grace period of 1 hour. I also understand that if unexpected circumstances occur you could be delayed with picking up the dog. If that is the case please let me know as soon as possible, I will try to accommodate your needs. *Otherwise, I will have to charge you for another night. Please don’t hesitate to discuss with me. We can always work something out together! DISCLAIMER: I have the right to charge you additional fees as I deem necessary for any services I may require due to your dog’s stay. This includes, but is not limited to: damage to my house, furniture, or any of my equipment used on your dogs. Cleaning fees due to marking or accidents that involve urine on furniture. This includes during initial meet and greets prior to an established client relationship. Reimbursement of products I may need to purchase for your dog. For example: if your dog runs out of food, but you are still out of town I will need to charge you for the food before I can purchase more food. Any medical costs or veterinary bills that anyone or any dogs in my household endure from your dog. Late fees. THIS IS A BUSINESS: Please respect my time and hold up to your agreed upon time. I have other client obligations. If you are running late, I have the right to cancel your stay. If your new drop off time does not work with my schedule I will try my best to accommodate you, but cannot make any guarantees. I also have the right to adjust the drop off time to work with my schedule. DROP OFF/PICKUP TIMES: WEEKENDS: I do NOT accept clients before 10am. NO EXCEPTIONS. You can drop off the night before, but you will have to pay the additional charges. The latest pickup is 6pm. If you need a later time you will have to pickup the next day for an additional fee. WEEKDAYS: I do NOT accept clients before 8am. NO EXCEPTIONS. You can drop off the night before, but you will have to pay the additional charges. The latest pickup is 8pm. If you need a later time you will have to pickup the next day for an additional fee. MY HOME: due to liability reasons owners are NOT allowed inside my house. This includes during meet and greets, drop offs and pickups.
