Brici is absolutely phenomenal! My wife and I were hesitant to use Rover again since we'd had been disappointed, even concerned, with our recent experience with some Sitters. Without many options, we decided to try one more time. That's when we reached out to Brici. She was extremely quick to reply, very kind, and reassuring. So, after a brief meeting we decided to work with her. It turned out to be a truly 5-Star experience. She provided daily walks for our senior pup while we were away, providing great pics and timely reports. She was always just a message away in case we needed anything. But, what really put us at 100% ease was the smile we saw on our pup's face during his walks. He still looks out the window to see if she's coming by for their walk. Brici is the first person we'll reach out to in the future. Very highly recommended!
