This individual is a high-quality professional. I was initially very nervous to invite someone into my home to take care of my special needs cat Mr. Kitty and my pet ball python Surabi. This was my first long trip since March of 2020, and my cat and I have definitely both gotten too codependent. And I understand that many people arent comfortable around snakes. However, after a meet & greet, I knew I had made the right choice. This professional pet caretaker asked all the right questions, and they were even enthusiastic to hold Surabi the python! My two pets received excellent care for the full week I was away. I received photo updates, and the communication was fluid the entire time. I returned home to find Mr Kitty healthy and less anxious overall than he was when I had left. Surabi the python even had a *perfect* shed owing much to dutiful habitat monitoring provided to her while I was away. I've never felt more comfortable about leaving my pets under anyone's care. I am so grateful for their diligence that I hope to utilize their services for any future petsitting needs. Highly recommend.
