Experienced pet parent, dog walker, and pet sitter, including a year of dog walking in NYC (ranging from pomeranians to two Thai ridgebacks) and a history of pet sitting my family’s three adorable dogs. As a lover of exercise myself, I enjoy working with dogs that need to get that energy out and love to play. Experienced with dog commands, reading dog language on walks, and working with multiple breeds. Having had dogs my whole life, I know it’s stressful when owners are away or out of town, and I enjoy being a strong, fun companion for these pups. I also have two energetic dogs of my own (Watson and Brisbane - 2 medium sized mutts) that will enjoy playing with your pup. Watson and Brisbane are very friendly and love welcoming new friends - but it is imperative that your dog gets along with other dogs so that it’s a smooth and rewarding experience for all. Currently a PhD student at Duke, with five years work experience in DC and a masters in environmental management also from Duke. Love the area and know many good trails and parks for fun.
