I have had at least one dog in my care since 2001 and I have experience with dogs with anxiety. I enjoy tug-of-war, fetch (or just throwing the ball and waiting), basic training, brushing teeth/coat, long and short walks, and quiet time. It 100% depends on the dog's needs and desires. Building a rapport with both you and your dog is very important to me since different dogs will have different needs. I am also willing and able to give medication if needed. It is important to build and maintain a routine with your dog, so I am happy to work within what you have established or assist you in setting one up. I have experience house- and dog- sitting, mostly for family members and friends who work long hours and/or go on business/pleasure trips. I am also willing to do basic household chores (laundry, cleaning, organizing, etc) during in-house stays for additional fees. I generally work 9am- 4pm in Wallingford, but my schedule can be flexible. While I prefer texting so that I have immediate notification of your needs and it guarantees that I do not misplace a note, I am also available for phone calls and emails.
