Pet care experience
I have been taking care of dogs as early as the age of 7 when we first got our own dog. It was my responsibility to feed, water, and take my dog out for potty breaks and clean up after him. Now I do it for a living and have been for about 2 years. I love what I do!

I have 2 dogs of my own in my home. I take them outside on a long leash when taking them to the bathroom because I don’t have a fenced in yard. I do have shock collars for them to go out free but I still stay out to watch them but if I want them to come back I just press the remote on the collar and it’ll beep and they come back. They are usually good listeners so it’s not often I have to press the remote anyways. I just say “come here” and they come back and go back in the house. Definitely If I kept clients dogs they’d always go on a leash because they may not always listen to me.

A typical day
On a typical day, I would take your dog out in my quiet subdivision for a walk or we can also go to the park about 2 miles down the road and walk there. We will play games like fetch and tug-a-war. I also have plenty of toys to play with your dog. Also my 2 personal dogs love to play with other dogs so if they get along they can also play together as well. Your dog will definitely burn energy!

Availability
I do work full time in Baton Rouge so I can only do part time pet sitting. It would just depend on my work schedule. Most of the time I am at work between 7 and 9 in the morning and usually off by 4. I am off every other weekend.
