Pet care experience
Dave is currently on sabbatical and taking time to relax at home, he'd love to take your dog on a long walk! Let us know if your dog gets along with others and we'll bring him along too. Best, Dave + Brianna ____________ I LOVE dogs and have grown up with them my whole life. My husband Dave and I have one dog, Rocky, who is a small German Shepherd, Jack Russell male mix with one eye we adopted when we lived in California. Dave and I both work from home, so when staying with us, your pup will get lots of attention. We have a fenced in backyard for your pup to play and exercise in! I decided to become a Rover sitter because of how high my own standards are for finding a good sitter to leave my dog with when I'm away. I understand that when you have to leave your pet you want to make sure they are comfortable, happy, safe, and feel good! We typically only take one dog at a time or 2 dogs from the same dog family to assure adequate attention and care.

We really like Brianna. She is very nice, considerate, flexible and easy to talk to. She sends us photos of our dog, which is very comforting. Our dog is always excited to go to their home.
Brianna is wonderful! She was flexible with the drop off and pick up and sent me several photos throughout the day. The house is perfect for pups, there's a lot of open space and a good size backyard. Also, the location is so convenient if you work downtown like I do! Couldn't ask for a better sitter would definitely recommend.
Brianna and Dave were amazing! I could tell that Jack was well taken care of while I was working. He came home happy and tired from his visits. Their own pup, Rocky, was super sweet and playful-a perfect companion for Jack. They will absolutely be my first choice in the future!
Brianna and Dave are AMAZING!!! It was our first time boarding Sprinkles, and I couldn't have had a better experience. We were out of town, and Brianna was sweet enough to pick up Sprinkles from our house, and coordinate it with our house sitter. Her and Dave sent great pic updates of their walks and down time with the dogs. Sprinkles was able to play with their dog, Rocky, the whole time (who as luck would it have it, is also wonderful). And to top it off, she sent me a promo code for $20 off since it was our first time booking on Rover. HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks again guys!!

We'd like to know what your typically daily schedule is - when they eat, sleep and use the bathroom (typically). Is your dog is housebroken, or do they like to 'mark their territory' inside? Are they good at dog parks or do they prefer a small group? Do they have any food allergies or specific food requirements (i.e. food aggression). Is your pet allowed to free roam in the house while you're gone or do you prefer they stay in their crate because they feel safer, or chew things up? Are they good off-leash, or are they escape artists? Do they have any type of anxieties we should know about to make their stay more comfortable? We don't have any breed preferences, but we do like to do meet and greets so that your dog will feel more comfortable while staying here and our dogs jive! While staying with us, please make sure you bring your dogs food bowls, food, treats, any toys they like and bedding. We have a crate that will fit up to a 40 lb dog, so if your pet likes their crate and is larger, please bring your crate too!
A typical day
We believe that a happy dog is a tired dog, so your pup will get lots of exercise while staying here (if that's their thing). We'll go on morning and evening walks daily and typically make it to the West Austin dog, Auditorium Shores, or Zilker Park a few times a week!
