MAIN REASON FOR ONE STAR: Brianna was caught sneaking someone over to our house. We are normally a-okay with guests as long as we meet them (know who is going to be in our house) and introduce them to our dogs (one can be afraid of men). Our instructions clearly explained this and Brianna said her boyfriend was just going to be dropping her off and picking her up. However, when we drove by (house on a main road in Tahoe- weren't trying to check up on them), there was a stranger's car in our driveway. I am sure her boyfriend is a great guy, but he obviously isn't covered under the Rover insurance, put our dogs in an uncomfortable and potentially dangerous position, and caused us to have to cut our day out way short. When we got home there was no apology or ownership of violating trust and house rules. I didn't want to leave a negative review - we've used Rover 150+ times and I've never left a review like this. Plus, I wanted to give Brianna one more chance to make things right. I reached out to Brianna afterwards to try to clear things up outside of a review, but she claimed that since her boyfriend wasn't there for long she wasn't at fault. I don't know how long he was there, but time period really doesn't matter and lack of owning messing up would make me very concerned to have her stay with dogs or in someone else's house again. She is seemingly nice, but not responsible enough for this job.

Brianna did an amazing job caring for our dog. He was happy the entire time. We will definitely use Brianna again!! thanks again! Holly
