I have been working with dogs and much larger animals since I was 6 years of age. Providing animals with healthcare, training, and love has always been a huge stress reliever for me. Focusing on another living being's wellness is a great way to reevaluate our own personal needs. I have also done extensive hands on research and evaluation on animal behavior, benefits of having companion animals, and positive reinforcement training techniques. I am aspiring to become a therapist to help people, but helping animals lower their stress and anxiety throughout the day is just as needed. Exercising, brushing, playing, adventuring, nourishing, petting, watering, training, and rewarding your wonderful animal are all things that can and will be done. Mental stimulation and the feeling of a purpose throughout the day is all each of us creatures are looking for.
