Experienced,knowledgeable dog lover

Pet care experience

I have personally taken care of dogs of all ages, sizes and through all stages of life from a young age. I have a love for canines and have expanded my canine knowledge through reading, research and training. I currently own a 3.7 year old golden retriever. I enjoy spending time with him on my off days and hope to expand my love for dogs through walking, sitting and boarding. My background includes knowledge of all stages of life, training, hygiene/food/water care, loose leash training, controlled environment, variety of temperaments and behavioral issues and providing compassionate care.

Briana has been fantastic and very professional as well. She is always on time to walk my pup and has even looked after him from time to time. It makes my life a lot easier due to my work schedule. Would highly recommend having Briana look after or walk your pup as well!

Safety, trust & environment

I have a golden retriever who loves to play with other dogs but also likes his own space. We are more than happy to also separate the dogs and take them out separately to play or walk if there are behavioral issues. I always feed the dogs separately. I'll provide a comforting environment, free water and will feed the dog based on the owners preference of times/food. I am experienced in medication administration of all kinds ( especially cause I work as a nurse!). Dog walks can include shorter 15 min walks or up to 2-3 hours ( hikes, dog parks, open fields). I tailor the visit, boarding or walk to every dogs needs so just let me know if there is anything you are working on or need to be done to ensure they continue their daily routine. I prefer to have one dog at a time or two max to ensure I care appropriately for each one and give them all my attention!

Most important information to know prior to dog services: - age, health conditions, disabilities, allergies - temperament, comfortability - walking on a leash - comfortability playing with other dogs - specific places to bring the dog and not to bring the dog. - any in house concerns ( crate trained, destructible at times, table surfer etc) - any specific commands, training preferences to be used.

A typical day

A typical day can include ensuring the dogs needs are met starting from going out to the bathroom and feeding. - After that follows a morning walk - relax time at the house, water breaks. - play time whether it's with me, another dog or at the dog park if the owner prefers etc. - break time, relax - bathroom breaks - feeding time - another long walk - feeding time ( based on how many times your puppy/dog eats a day ) - one more shorter walk before bedtime training can be provided if needed throughout the day as I am experienced and potty breaks will be held throughout the day based on the puppy/dogs schedule
