We did not have the best experience with Briana as our dog sitter, but our pups were cared for and happy to be at home. Communication was great at the booking and during the stay but it was very scary the few days leading up to us being gone when we were told she didn’t need to be there for the transition and would be gone longer hours than expected (11 hours and on her days off). We weren’t sure she was coming until 30 min after the booking started because of the lack of responses the day of the booking. It was very stressful. We received pictures of the dogs everyday but they were always laying down so we aren’t sure if they got their exercise from long walks. We were pretty direct with what we got for the sitter to eat based off of what she said she liked and what we were comfortable sharing, and were pretty upset to find a lot of pricier food and alcoholic ciders that we didn’t offer were gone without being asked. We did not have the financial ability to provide full range of our pantry. Overall seemed like there were a lot of wrongful assumptions before and during the stay. She cleaned up after her stay which we appreciated, and the dogs were happy to have company which is the most important thing, but at the end of the day this should’ve been less stressful of an experience.

We’ve had Briana watch our dog and house numerous times and she is absolutely amazing. She takes such good care of our sweet, baby dog and our home as well. We really appreciate her!
