Pet care experience
I can assure that my presence and attentiveness will always be focused on the pet/s that I am caring for. I have had dogs my entire life. When I was younger this meant chores like poop scooping, walks, scheduled feedings, etc., and it was beyond worth the effort because I loved and leaned on them as much as they did with me and that bond is immeasurable. In my 20’s I began dog/house sitting as a side gig for family, clients, and clients of co-workers and other referrals. I have stayed with, and cared for, a wide range of dogs in terms of size, breed, age, temperament, etc and have never left a dog sitting stay feeling like I wouldn’t do it again. I love the opportunity to be a part of making a fellow dog lover's pet feel comfortable even in the midst of their owner's absence. I have known many friends and family that have boarded their pets in the past and through their experiences I have come to greatly value and recommend exploring options that allow their loved pets to stay at home in a familiar space. I have continued to pet/house sit part time over the years, as recently as this past week, but have decided to open up more of my schedule and put my experience to use more regularly. I am newly out of school for music production and while I continue to build on this skill set, I am completely free of any other obligations that would prevent me from making each and every pet care experience my number one priority.
Reviews
Brian has been house and pet sitting for me for years and I could not possibly recommend him more highly. I will never leave my house or pets under anyone else's care ever again. The only bad thing about Brian staying with your pets is that feeling you'll have that your pets don't miss you. Because they will love Brian as much as they love you. In addition to being loved by all animals, Brian is trustworthy, very responsible, calm and organized. He's wonderful even if my pets do seem to love him more than they love me. I understand why. Another warning - he books up fast so reserve him as soon as you know you're leaving town.
I had Brian watch my dog Sophie while I was on vacation for a week And was very pleased with the whole arrangement Jessica B

Information Brian P. would like to know about your pet
I always like to learn about any health issues first and foremost. I am comfortable dispensing medicine as needed. Outside of that, any type of behavior/habit that the owner feels is unique to their dog is very useful. I want to let the dogs stay in their routine as much as possible.
A typical day
I find a dog's excitement extremely contagious. Whether that excitement shows itself by playing ball, throwing a frisbee, running, tug o war or just exploring/sniffing around the neighborhood, I am all for it.
