A lifelong dog lover and caregiver.
Pet care experience
For over twenty years, my father served in law enforcement as a member of an explosive detection canine team. There were times where I would watch my father and his teammates train their dogs for duty. When two of the dogs in the team retired, my father kept them under his care and we treated them like family. Needless to say, I've been surrounded by dogs all my life. I learned how to train, walk, feed, and care for dogs from a very young age. Now, I wish to share my knowledge and my care for dogs to help other dog lovers.
About Brian M.
Skills
Safety, trust & environment
I always treat any dog like I would treat my own. I always try to be as gentle and careful as possible. Being an authoritative person just isn't in my nature. But if a dog gets a rowdy, I will try to handle the situation in the most careful way possible.
Information Brian M. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if your dog has any special needs or special behaviors that I should account for. I will always work to as best I can to meet those needs.
A typical day
I believe a dog is the happiest he/she can be if he/she is free. So I always want to give a dog complete freedom to do whatever he/she wants. Of course, I will always keep supervision to keep a dog out of harm's way.
Services
Brian can watch in your home
Availability
Right now, I am attending classes at Shasta College, so I'll only be available from Thursday to Sunday. I'm free to walk dogs in any time of the day including mornings and evenings. I can walk on weekends too!
