Brian kept us update on Max and did a great job of keeping him active

Ava is my super-shy terrier mix who has an ongoing issue with separation anxiety when away from her sister. So when I signed Lucy ( sister) up for a training class, I felt anxious searching for a patient and compassionate person willing to sit and watch my shy wallflower, and reassure her so that she didn't act out or become a barking destructo-pup. Brian was our guy! The interaction was minimal, the step forward was huge! The fact Ava did not lock herself away in the crate or under the bed was huge progress for a 1st time sitter !! Ava moved around the apartment , ate a few treats, felt comfortable enough with Brian to stay in proximity - in the same room. It takes Ava several meetings to get "warmed up", so Brians updates & txts while watching Ava were appreciated and surprising. On the second visit, Brian took Ava for a short walk, and she interacted a little more. I will certainly use Brian again especially now that we "broke the ice" with Ava. Brian was punctual, organized and showed genuine concern about Ava. Thank you Brian ! ( 5 stars) .
