Brian did a wonderful job taking care of my dog Kika. He provided photos and updates with every visit. It gave me the peace of mind I needed to enjoy my trip to see my family. However, he did not do as well taking care of my cat Willow. He did great with feeding her and putting her seizure medication in her food but despite my instructions in the Rover App, our walk through visit and my detailed written notes I left him, he did not clean her cat box. Not once. This resulted in Willow peeing on my couch which soaked through to the foam cushion. I fear my couch is ruined as I cannot get the smell out of the foam. I hope it fades in time. I would love to hire Brian again but cannot afford two sitters. One for Willow and one for Kika. For this reason I am only giving him 4 stars.
