I have spent most of my life taking care of dogs. I rescued my first dog at the age of seven and I have been taking care of them ever since, Currently I share my home with two rescues that I believe are a cross of Pitt Bull and English Pointer. When I rescued them they both had the worse case of kennel cough that I had ever seen. They both made a full recovery and are now three ears old! In the past I was a pet sitter but had to stop due to a heavy course load at school. My longest stint as a care giver was a few years ago when I had to board two well behaved black Labradors for six months, one of which had to take medication everyday due to early onset arthritis. I have done everything from puppy care to hanging out with precious elderly dogs. I know pet first aid and CPR. I also have a fondness for bathing dogs. They might not like it but there it nothing better than a clean pup and if I'm being honest I kind of enjoy the smell of wet dog.
