Some days are simply due to weird timing with work. Very flexible and willing to work out a service!*** Hi there, my name is Bri. I’m 28 years old and have an Animal Science degree from WVU and a Masters in Public Health from NYU. During both high school and undergraduate school, I logged hundreds of hands-on volunteer hours with my local veterinarian (and also gained a ton of hands-on experience with large farm animals, so no pet is too large!). I have both personal and clinical experience with senior and special needs dogs and am competent when administering medications, oral and injectable, and am naturally mindful toward your pet’s health and well being. Apart from the knowledge and capability of handling any pup that I’ve acquired over the years, I of course owe the personal side of my pet care experience to my own dogs over the years. I have been a dog owner (and lover) my entire life, and currently have two sweet babies in their “terrible 2s.” I still find myself having room to pass some of the love on to your best friend! Brianna is a wonderful sitter! We haven’t had a dog for awhile and this was our pup’s first time with a sitter since we’d gotten her. Brianna was very responsive, patient, kind and competent. We appreciated Brianna’s keeping us up to date with messages and photos. Brianna attended to our pup’s special needs and took note of everything we had to say. We’ll definitely be using Brianna again❣️?

I have a very dog friendly home! The couch and bed are always wide open to guests, and I’m always mindful to keep potentially harmful items far out of reach. We have three bedrooms and plenty of space for pups who need it, and plenty of space to accommodate in the event someone gets grumpy with someone else :)

What he/she does for fun. Favorite things and toys. Eating/drinking/bathroom habits, favorite snacks. If he/she is a cuddler. Age. Any medical issues I should know about (including if he/she has arthritis or tires quickly). Does he/she like to be picked up. Any quirks. Triggers, fears or phobias and behavior toward other dogs. If he/she is a fence jumper. Especially- any sore spots or spots he/she doesn’t like to be touched.
A typical day
My community is dog friendly, and has spacious sidewalks! We could go for walks around the neighborhood or even take 15 minutes to buzz over to the North Myrtle dog park. I love playing fetch, keep-away, tug of war, you name it. If your dog is a runner, I would love to go on a jog as well. Whatever your dog has fun doing, I’ll have fun doing. We also have a fully fenced in yard that works just as well for fetch as it does for lazy naps on the hammock.

Availability
I am currently working full-time as a police officer in Horry County. My girlfriend, who also works for the county, works the opposite schedule of mine. That means someone is always home! Sir’s very unlikely that your pup will ever be left alone, minus an errand here or there. If your dog is not okay with being left alone at any point, please don’t hesitate to still reach out to me- I can always move things around or confirm that one of us will be home!
