All animals are treated as family!
Pet care experience
Due to a move – and a surprise addition to my family – I was away from Rover; but I missed my Rover families so much that I am offering Drop In Visits and Boarding for new and past clients. About me: I was raised on a farm containing large and small animals so I was taught the importance of all living things, but the passion for them bloomed on its own. At a veterinary clinic, I was taught how to properly administer medications and working at a professional dog boarding facility taught me so many things; however, the lesson I value most is helping me realize just how much I love the aspect of Rover. I am currently attending Dog Training courses and will hopefully own a business sometime soon! Within my 4 years of offering services on Rover, I have loved every experience thrown my way and every family I have had the privilege to meet.
Reviews
Brette is my go-to sitter for Obi. He loves her and is so happy to go to her house and loved seeing her here at my house for drop-in visit!!
Bella was so excited to see Brette again after the greet and meet before hand. Let's just say she was a very happy camper! Brette sent pictures each day showing how happy and active Bella was doing. I have another trip planned and have definitely booked Brette. You couldn't ask for a more attentive sitter for your pet. I am very pleased with her as my sitter when needed.
Great communication and responsiveness. Tyson was well cared for and had a good time!
Brette went above and beyond taking care of my bully pitbull, Romeo. She understood his personality, that he was very vocal, and loved attention. Brette, was so accommodating with the time that I needed to drop Romeo off and pick him up. She even went out and bought him toys, washed his blanket, packed his items up and on top of all that generosity, she fixed a little goodie bag for Romeo, with the kindness thank you card. Brett, and her husband are amazing. Their home is clean, neat and provides the warmth and comfort of home for my grand furbaby. If you need a dependable person to take care of your furbabies, please do not hesitate to contact Brette. She will keep you updated on how you furbaby is doing with pictures and text messages. I just can't say enough how amazing Brette is. I do know, that God gave her a special gift.

About my home: If your fur-baby is a social butterfly, they will definitely be happy while visiting me! I have a constant track of friends and family coming and going, some with their own dogs that can visit for playtime. If your pup will not like so much traffic coming and going, bring it to my attention so I can make sure it is contained. Since my move, I no longer have a fenced yard. I have a large back yard and use 15' leads with supervised play/potty time. I have an extra crate if needed, but it is never a necessity. I always do feed times in separate rooms.

Information Brette B. would like to know about your pet
About your pet: The smallest detail goes a long way in safety and comfortability. It is important to me that I know all the information about your furbabies - even if you think it is not relevant. I want to know if your animal has any allergies, if he/she is calm or high energy, if he/she is a chewer, is sensitive to sounds (sirens, loud noises), likes to sleep a certain way or place (blankets, floor, bed), if he/she likes to eat alone, is resource protective, has separation anxiety, if he/she is an escape artist, known to mark furniture, protective of territory, etc. *If your dog has had an aggression situation... I would like to know about it. I will NOT turn you away. Being honest with me just helps prepare me for anything in your house or my own. It is so much safer to be completely transparent with your dogs past/previous behaviors - even if it was one time. I am not judgmental when it comes to a dog having an 'aggressive episode' because I understand that there are a lot of factors to cause an animal to get to that point. I am a very understanding person when it comes to dog behavior - please be as understanding about me wanting to keep myself, as well as your dog, safe. Remember that I am being trained for these situations! I look forward to speaking with you! (:
A typical day
During the stay: I love to stick as close to your typical routine as possible! Once a day, I usually give a frozen puzzle game for enrichment. I also like to venture out to the local park, Tractor Supply, and/or to my local coffee shop for a pup cup! Or for those pups that are couch potatoes, we will stay in and cuddle all day. In the summer, we can enjoy a trip to my fenced in pool for the day! Also... treats are never scarce!

My time is very flexible, but mostly for the weekends. I am a stay-at-home mother which gives me the ability to not only help you in your time of need, but also allow myself the time I need to attend my online courses.
