hello all ~ My name is Bretta and I really want to hang out with your pet! Growing up my family fostered stray dogs from our local animal shelter where I later went on to volunteer for several years as a dog walker and socializer for all the shelter animals. I've been surrounded by animals of all shapes and sizes since I came into this world. Spending time with and caring for our 4-legged friends truly grounds me and brings me great joy. I love the little (and big!!) guys and can't wait to meet yours! I wish I could have pups of my own but right now my life is a bit too adventurous for that kind of commitment, so I am happy to live vicariously through your loving ones & also help make your lives easier along the way :) I am a full time artist and so I have the ability to work from home or wherever I am. This means my schedule is very flexible and that you can rest assured your pup will get 24/7 care! I have lots of experience working with dogs ~ I’ve been house sitting ( + farm sitting, too!), boarding, and providing animal caregiving services professionally for 5+ years now ~ and I promise I will do everything in my power to make sure your animals are comfortable, safe, and happy in my care :)

Bretta is the best! Was our first time leaving our pupper in someone else’s care so I was a bit nervous, but will absolutely be using her again! She stayed at our house and took care of our dog and cat. We got updates and pics daily, she took our dog on lots of good walks, gave our kitty lots of love, everything you want! Came home to clean sheets, beds made, clean towels, dishwasher run and even left some soothing music on for the pets as we were returning home late at night. Really went above and beyond and we couldn’t be more impressed! Book with Bretta, you couldn’t be in better hands :)
Bretta has been wonderful with our dogs. Our younger poodle was so scared of people when we first got him last month, but he took to her right away. Plus she’s been able to walk both of our larger dogs together which we really appreciate.

Bretta was the best sitter for our fur kiddos and took such wonderful care of them and our home. This was my husband and I’s first time using a sitting service and we weren’t sure exactly what to expect, but Bretta surpassed any expectations we could’ve had. She was so sweet and loving with our dog and cat, sent us daily updates and pics. She truly gave us peace of mind and let us enjoy our trip without the worry of if our fur babies and house were ok. We will definitely be using her services again!

I would like to know if your dog needs any special care or has any traumas (I work a lot with rescue dogs and am very understanding and accommodating of pups who need a little extra!). I would also like to know if you dog is house trained, when they take their meals, and if they have any favorite activities or toys! I just want to provide the best, most personalized care for you little loved ones!
A typical day
When your dog stays with me, they will definitely get the royal treatment! Lots of cuddles, play, and belly rubs :) I’m a pretty active, outdoorsy person so your pup will get plenty of exercise
