Brent was great, Tito seemed happy when we picked him up

Brent was a nice guy but I’d suggest reading this review before booking with him. We usually have a regular sitter we use but he was out of town so we trusted the many positive reviews and booked Brent. We did a meet and greet prior and agreed on times for drop off and pickup. Prior to pickup day, Brent let us know he wasn’t there to receive our dog and another woman we had not met would be watching him that morning. She did not come out to greet us and get our dog as Brent said she would and once she came out (we had to reach out to Brent to even get her to come grab the dog for drop off) it seemed like she had just woken up and was unaware of our dog’s name and the fact that she was even supposed to be watching him. It was 8am and not crazy early so this concerned us and made us hesitant to even go on our trip and leave our dog. In terms of contact from Brent and checking in- we really hardly heard a peep from him unless prompted. I had to reach out on a daily basis, and one of the days we went all day without hearing a word. I reached out that evening and Brent claimed he “did not have picture availability at the moment because he was in bed”. If your dog is an important member of your family for you and you want to leave them with someone who will prioritize communication and making sure you feel comfortable, I would look elsewhere.
