This is our full-time job. We are available 7 days per week and on all major holidays, except when we go on our vacation or when we are fully booked. MEET & GREETS ARE REQUIRED We require a meet & greet for all prospective clients. Please try and contact us several days in advance of your arrival date to schedule your meet & greet. We understand this isn't always possible and will try to find a date and time that fits both of our schedules. APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED We operate by appointment times only and require that you schedule your visit with us in advance. HOURS OF OPERATION While someone is home 24/7 when we have pets in our care, we do have to sleep. Our hours of operation while awake are 7am to 10:30pm CST. Please keep this in mind when sending us messages while you are out of our time zone. All messages are received in real time. CRITERIA FOR ACCEPTING DOGS Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate dogs with certain issues or conditions. These include pets who do not get along with other dogs, dogs who must be the only one in our care, injuries, aggression concerns, excessive separation anxiety, serious medical conditions, contagious diseases, incomplete house-training, dogs who are always looking to escape, overly nervous dogs, dogs who like to dig, dogs who bark excessively, dogs who howl, dogs who require insulin, dogs who can't sleep quietly, and dogs that have not been spayed or neutered. While we understand that each dog is unique and may require specialized care, our home and resources are designed to provide a comfortable and secure environment for all pets. By adhering to these criteria, we can uphold a harmonious atmosphere for ourselves, our neighbors, and provide the best possible care for all the dogs entrusted to our care. TIPPING We sincerely appreciate your consideration of providing a gratuity for our services. If you would like to express your appreciation through a tip, you have the option to do so conveniently via the Rover platform at the end of your pet's stay. It's important to note that a portion of our earnings cover the fees we owe Rover for each stay. By tipping, you help us offset these costs and maintain our current rates without the need for potential rate increases. Your generosity not only serves as a token of your satisfaction but also directly supports our efforts in delivering exceptional care to your beloved pet. We truly value your support and are grateful for the opportunity to serve you and your furry friend. BATHING We are delighted to offer our comprehensive full-service bath for your beloved dog. Our bath package encompasses various essential grooming tasks to ensure your pet feels and looks their best. For the all-inclusive price of $32, your dog will receive a thorough bathing experience that includes: •Gentle bathing to cleanse and refresh their coat. •Careful ear cleaning to maintain their aural hygiene. •Thoughtful anal gland expression to promote comfort and well-being. •Teeth brushing for optimal dental health. •Nail grinding to keep their nails trim and tidy. •Effective drying techniques to ensure their comfort. •Pain-free brushing. Furminating will be $15 additional. •A delightful dog spritz to leave them smelling fresh and pleasant. We take pride in offering this comprehensive package at a reasonable price, providing your furry friend with the care and attention they deserve. Rest assured that we will handle each step with professionalism and care, prioritizing your dog's comfort throughout the process. WHAT TO BRING: 1. Food: Please avoid bringing food bins or dog food bags (except for stays over 2 weeks). Instead, pack each serving in individual Ziplock bags. For example, if your dog stays for three nights and gets fed twice a day, you would bring six Ziplock bags, each containing a portioned meal. Please do not combine two meals in one bag. If the food and serving amount are the same in every bag, there is no need to label them. Additionally, please provide an extra day or more of food in case of an emergency extension. If your dog's food requires refrigeration or freezing, kindly inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. 2. Treats: You are welcome to bring treats for your pup(s). 3. Medications with clear instructions in your pet's Care Instructions. 4. Feel free to bring a blanket from home for your dog's comfort. 5. Bowls: Please provide food and water bowls for your dog(s). To avoid any potential breakage, we kindly ask that you refrain from using ceramic bowls. Non-breakable alternatives such as bamboo, metal, or plastic bowls are excellent choices. 6. Leash 7. Bed or crate if your dog uses one. 8. Please note that bones and toys should not be brought as we provide community toys for all pets. This helps prevent any potential toy or bone aggression.
