Hello! My name is Bren and I have loved animals as long as I can recall. I currently live in Huntsville and have one small pug of my own, who has hung out on some sitting trips but can hang back if needed. I work from home, so my schedule is pretty flexible. I have been house-sitting etc “officially” for the past 5 years, but have helped my friends out before then. I have experience with anxious dogs, calm dogs, old dogs, young dogs as well as cats and fish and the occasional gecko and turtle (and pigs, goats, chickens etc at the farm, though I'm not sure how relevant that is here :P). I love being active and exploring, so if your lil dude/dudette likes long walks we’ll have a great time. I’m also happy to hang out and watch TV with the more senior guys and would love to spoil your fur baby like my own. :)

Brennan was so friendly and did a great job of staying in touch, always checking in when she arrived and left and sending lots of fun pictures. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a sitter for their fur baby!
Brennan is caring and responsible so we felt comfortable leaving her to care for our precious pups in our home. She devoted personal time twice for our initial meeting and a lengthy orientation that made us feel she could be trusted in our home while we were away a few days. She maintained regular updates and our pups appeared absolutely fine in her care. Very happy to find Brennan!

I love all breeds, but would love to know what kind of dog I will be meeting and if he/she has any quirks I should know about. (ex: she loves back rubs but gets iffy if you touch her belly- he's not friendly with other dogs so walks should be taken in solitude.) I'd also appreciate knowing about any allergies or medical issues your pet has so that I can do a bit of research and prepare myself prior to our outings.
A typical day
If you have a "city pup," we can take walks around downtown or through the park so that they can get their people watching in. If your pup prefers a bit of solitude, we can find a pet-friendly hiking trail so that they can get in touch with their outdoorsy spirit. We can play fetch and tug all day long, if that's what they prefer.
