I've had dogs virtually my entire life. My family's first dog was a mixed breed rescue who we got when I was five, and since then, I only haven't had a dog in my home since I went off to college at 18. I have experience with small dogs (Pomeranians and miniature poodles, primarily) as well as large dogs (Labradors, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, and larger mixed breeds). If the dog is good on a leash, I'm confident in my ability to care for larger dogs and be able to take them on long walks. I'm a student, so I have pretty flexible availability, especially around the Newark area, where I can quickly stop by between classes. I also have a cat, who is nine years old, and I'm fully responsible for him and his needs. I love households with more than one animal! I love animals more than anything else, and I always do my best to ensure the safety and happiness of the animals I come into contact with.
