What a great sitter. I was concerned that it was my dog's first time apart from me. She kept me informed the entire week end with messages and photos. I knew he was in good hands. Will use her again .

Brenna was very good at updating photos and keeping me informed about the trip. Unfortunately I wasn't super happy with the rest. My stay in sunny 75 degree Los Angeles could have been extended by a day, but she was completely unwilling to work out a resolution on extending. So that lack of flexibility was disappointing as I felt we could work something out. On top of that my flight got bumped 4 hours the same day and when I informed her she immediately called rover to add on an additional charge of 15 dollars, even though i already payed for 3 days. I didnt even question it becuse why bother at this point. Ive used rover 30 times and have never been charged extra for something like a flight delayed a few hours. I can just make my pickup window bigger next time. Overall a big bummer because I travel often and was looking for a reliable and flexible regular sitter. Unfortunatley not going to be using her again.
