Can't give zero stars in order to submit this review, so one star it is. Do not trust Brenna! I chose her for her reviews and meet & greet, but at boarding drop off she did a 360 on me (and she was asleep at my drop off time!). When I picked up my puppy (from PetSmart Hotel!), he was different and then I found lacerations/scabs under both of his arms the following days and took him to the Vet! Trust me this was not from PerSmart...I've used them as daycare many times. During the stay she was horrible at giving updates (meaning she didn't really give me any) and was not very responsive either! She was MIA the first and 2nd evenings. Her friend called me on the 2nd morning to tell me that she had my puppy instead of Brenna. I was livid! To this day, she still has not once text or called me herself to tell me what happened or apologize. There is more to this than I can write here, but I reported everything to Rover Safety. This experience was my worst nightmare! Both myself and my puppy are traumatized by this. I'm just really thankful that my puppy is now safe with me at home. I won't be going anywhere for a long while! I will not trust 5 star reviews anymore! I do not recommend Brenna! If you want safety and a peace of mind, do not use her!

Samson's stay with Brenna was great, and he loved her backyard. I felt comfortable knowing that he was in good hands while I was away. Thank you!
