Getting to take care of dogs is simply one of the most rewarding things I can possibly imagine! After all, dogs have done so much for me in my life, so I believe that it’s my duty to give back to them however possible. I am a lifelong dog owner with years of professional experience as a sitter, so I’m always happy to take on pups of any stripes! No matter what kind of pup you have, you can expect personalized service for your pooch so that they have absolutely everything they need to thrive! My experience with dogs began when I was little, as my parents always owned dogs that I help raise. I always knew that I would become a dog owner myself, and in my adult life I ended up rescuing two Pit Bulls, including my current 3-year-old Pit named Maisie! In addition to being a dog owner, I’ve also been working for close to a decade as a dog sitter and walker, and am now having so much fun exploring LA in this capacity! I recently moved to Rover when I started accepting new clients, and now I’m having even more fun and meeting even more pups than I thought possible. One of the best things about me as a dog sitter is that I work from home, meaning that I’ll be able to give your pup all the freedom they need to be happy. After all, no one likes to stick their pooch in a kennel or crate them up all day when they’re away, so I’m happy to make sure that your pup can be out and about enjoying life! Additionally, working from home allows me to navigate difficult schedules in order to ensure that your pup has everything they need, even if that falls outside some of the “normal working hours.” When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It’s a great way to make sure that we’re all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pup and your care expectations. No one knows your dog better than you do, so it’s always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pup tick! Finally, I just love meeting new dogs! I like to get down on their level to show them that I’m a welcome presence here to make friends, and I’m sure we’ll be best buddies in no time at all.
