I grew up around dogs and cared for our black lab/pit mix Heidi until she crossed over the rainbow bridge. We rescued a mixed breed puppy 3 months ago and trained her to be amazingly well behaved. She loves playing with other dogs and joins us on frequent walks and hikes. It would be a major benefit if your pup likes the outdoors too! Our home has a beautiful fenced in yard and is also near many parks for the pups to play at. When we're at home the door is open for the dogs to come and go as they please and when we leave we take the pups with us. We're huge believers in socialization so our dog joins us everywhere out in the world. I only dog sit when I am free for the entire duration nessecary so that o can always be with the dog, they won't be home alone for any of their stay.
