Pet care experience
I've cared for many friends' and coworkers' dogs over the years. I'm comfortable with any size dog, even heavy pullers - my family's most recent pup weighed 70+ lb. and loved to spook chipmunks. The most important dogs in my life include my girlfriend's elderly beagle mix, her roommate's chihuahua puppies, and a sweet Belgian Malinois that I recently fostered. My schedule is very flexible and I'm willing to work around yours. I live near the LSU campus but don't mind trekking across town even a quick walk or visit with your dogs. I'm mostly a dog person but I have owned/cared for other pets in the past. I am more than willing to check on any cats, fish, rodents, or reptiles you might also have.

No breed or size preferences! I'm comfortable with all dogs. I would like to know anything that might present an issue on a walk (e.g., past behavior toward other dogs, children, joggers, bicycles). Tell me if there's anything I should avoid doing while I'm caring for your dog, like steal their favorite spot on the couch. And of course, I want to hear what your dog likes to do on a normal day. There's no reason they can't have a good time while you're away for work or vacation.

Anywhere your dog prefers to walk/run - whether that's a park or just around the neighborhood. I'm happy to do any activity your dog would enjoy on a normal day with their favorite human.
